Store Policy

Orders:

  • Order total for products must be a minimum of $35.00 to checkout.
  • All orders need to be submitted by online or phone. If there are any questions regarding a product or an invoice, please contact our Sales Support Staff at sales@ebonnailsupply.com or 704-900-2506
  • If consumer shops in-store, please refer to in-store policies.

Disclaimer:

  • Ebon Nail Supply, LLC reserves the right to adjust, change or cancel any and all orders due to errors in the order process, incorrect pricing and/or incorrect shipping costs.
  • Ebon Nail Supply, LLC. is not responsible for changes of manufacturing components, specifications or color which may differ from literature, web sites or other promotional items.

Payment:

  • Ebon Nail Supply accepts checks, bank deposits, Crypto and all major credit cards with the exception of American Express. For check payments, please allow 7 business days for processing. Once the check has cleared, we will process your order and have it shipped.
  • A $25 fee will be imposed on all Non Sufficient Funds. Any pending orders will be held until payment is received in full. In the case of a past due balance, all pending orders will also be put on hold until the balance is paid off in full.
  •  All orders must be paid in full before leaving Ebon Nail Supply’s warehouse.

Warranty:

  • All warranties are from the manufacturer and not from Ebon Nail Supply, LLC (dba: M&M Nail Supply) Shipping costs are not covered and you are responsible for all shipping charges.
  • In the case that the item sent in for repair is found to be in perfect working condition, a labor fee will be charged and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment.

Repairs:

  • Ebon Nail Supply’s repair fee is set at $35/hour for non-warranty repairs and includes a 30 day limited parts and labor warranty.
  • The Distributor and/or consumer will be responsible for all shipping charges and the cost of parts.
  • If the unit is unable to be repaired, then Ebon Nail Supply will contact the manufactures and work on determining a favorable compromise for all parties involved.
  • Ebon Nail Supply disclaims any and all responsibility for out-of-warranty products we receive in damaged condition.

Promotional Items & Bundles: 

  • Ebon Nail Supply occasionally offers promotional items, free goods or discounts with a purchase a single item or product bundle of multiple items purchased together.
  • When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount. 
  • When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be applied to the refund.
