Pickup: SMS & email notifications
How we tell you an order is ready and how not to miss it.
For store pickup and curbside, we use the email and mobile number you enter at checkout. You will typically receive a confirmation email when the order is placed, then updates while the order is prepared and when it is ready.
SMS may be used for time-sensitive “ready for pickup” messages. Keep notifications on, add our sending number to your contacts if needed, and check spam or promotions folders for email.
If you change your phone or email after ordering, contact the store right away so notifications still reach you.
